Indigestion

There can be many reasons for indigestion, such as:

  • Overeating.
  • Eating spicy and oily food.
  • Lying down immediately after a meal.
  • High fiber diet
  • To smoke
  • Alcohol abuse.
  • Excess caffeine intake.

Common causes of indigestion include: Overeating or eating too quickly. Fatty, oily or spicy foods. Too much caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, or carbonated beverages.
